In addition to what Don said, most blackmagic design products do not create an H.264 stream. They do have an encoder product, but it is an external usb "stick".
What may be possible is if your device/card/etc puts out the raw video to either a network port (socket) or presents it as a raw input (file descriptor) we could take the video in with our transcoder and encode it into the proper H.264 IP stream for distribution by the EvoStream Media Server.
