Hi,
That name is the md5 on the canonical full path of the media file, following symlinks as well. Example:
/some/folder/file.mp4
/some/other/folder/link.mp4 -> /some/folder/file.mp4
Than both of those files will generate the same md5:
46007e104b9f0f68b7e2162077f19f57
Because they are same identical file (second path being only a link)
*.meta files are actually small xml files. One of the node is showing the full path of the media file used to generate this meta file
