One possible solution would be a call similar to the addStreamingAlias but with the following Functionality:
1.) Setting a Stream alias one time during the whole streaming session.
2.) Streaming alias is available for everyone and without limit and no expire.
3.) Destroy Stream alias after the Streamer disconnects.
(and also, do not allow the same alias is given twice)
Maybe you can achieve this by providing one additional parameters to that function
For e.g.:
addStreamingAlias($alias, $localstreamname, $permanent)
where $permanent could be true ( the new mode ) and false ( to mode you have with the one time alias ).
