Answer for creating an hls stream on windows

Hi, We are depricating the HTTP server. It has proven not to be robust enough to handle the variety of HTTP requests our customers require to meet their needs. For our upcoming release the HTTP server has been removed and we are providing installers that include Apache. I would recommend that for now you use another web server to handle the HTTP requests. You will need to subtly change your createHLSStream command: 
createHLSStream localstreamnames=ntest targetFolder=/var/www  groupName=hls playlisttype=rolling
Or use whatever webroot is appropriate for your configuraiton.
