The sequence can be done by creating a script that makes use of the EMS API. One way to access the EMS API is thru an ASCII Telnet interface. Another way is thru HTTP requests. You can take a look at EMS Web Services. It can be downloaded from here:

Details about the EMS API can be found in "EMS How Tos.pdf" and "API Definition.pdf" in the doc folder of your EMS installation.
Yes, the video files you want to stream from EMS should be in the media folder as defined in the configuration file "config.lua".
Please clarify the following:
1. Do you expect the video to playback live, not video-on-demand (no rewind or pause)?
2. Can the total duration of your video files exceed 3 hours?
3. When 3 hours are up, will the current video be stopped then the first video restarted?
