Thanks, rjimenez, for your reply. Although setting up the recording prior to streaming does not match our business logic, I ran some tests. Unfortunately, EMS still skips the first 15s.
I tested recording to mp4, ts and flv; all three codecs have the same behavior.
What else might cause this effect?
