I tried with your (reverse) order, but the result remains the same. As soon as all three commands are issued, it starts recording, skipping the first 15s.
I also reduced the ‘clientSideBuffer’ in the config.lua of the central EMS 2, but it had no effect.
The effect occurs with multiple IP camera vendors, thus this is not dependent on the video stream.
BTW: Viewing the live stream on the EMS 2 does not have any delay at all.
