The sample rates of the audio should not impact the performance of the EMS. In regards to clustering, load balancing, etc, that is handled through web services. We provide a set of web services, written in PHP, that leverage our runtime API and Event Notification system to build load balancing and stream auto routing. You can use either directly to achieve exactly what you’d like.
