It is weird that this is not working for you since you are sending the correct transcode commands…
Hmmm… I can think of two possible causes:
1) You have used the stream names ‘rudyaac’ and ‘rudyaac1’ previously and the transcode command is failing internally (although you can still see the SUCCESS message when the command is exeuted).
If this is the case, could you do the following, please:
– send the ‘removeConfig groupName=group1’ command to remove all transcoding processes that is a member of ‘group1’. Please only do this if it will not affect other working transcode processes.
– resend the transcode commands
2) The transcoder could not handle the MP3 to AAC conversion.
This should not happen… But you never know ;)” /> Could you please send us your EMS version, OS version, and platform architecture so that we can replicate it locally.
