Hi, Below is a link that demonstrates HDS playback using the OSMF player.

You can replace the source URL (the part after "src=") with your URL for the HDS video. 
http://osmf.org/dev/2.0gm/StrobeMediaPlayback.html?src=http://myHost/myDirectory/manifest.f4m
You need to replace myHost and myDirectory in the example above. If playback still fails, please compress your HDS files and attach them here. Cheers, Don
