I see. That is no longer part of the Evostream Web Services for Load Balancer.
The EMS Developers recommended you set that up on EMS using createIngestPoint.

I think this is a security issue, if someone else point my EMS as his balance, my EMS will add this stream or not? how can I aviod this?
