I have 3 EMS (1.1.1.1, 2.2.2.2, 3.3.3.3) and webservice 4.4.4.4
On EMS 1.1.1.1
when I pullstream add a stream on EMS 1.1.1.1, but can not see it on EMS 2.2.2.2 and 3.3.3.3
