Thank you for your response! Unfortunately, I gave your suggestion a try and it still isn’t working.
Here is the response I get:

The SH script calls FFMPEG, saves a file and calls another process. I would initially assume a permissions issue, however if I SSH into the server, login as "ems", and run "/bin/dash /home/ems/getThumbs.sh argument1", everything works fine. Any suggestions?
