Hello,
I can get all of your links to play:
Using JWPlayer (http://www.jwplayer.com/wizard/) I can play: rtmp://46.23.64.76/ipradioppr/livepprradio
Using VLC, I can play: rtsp://46.23.64.76:5544/livepprradio
Using Safari, I can play: http://46.23.64.76/hls/liveantarestv/liveantarestv.m3u8
All have audio only, no video.
