Hi, May I suggest you use the Evostream Web UI. Download it here: https://evostream.com/evo_evals/EMS_Web_UI.zip Read on how you can use it here: https://evostream.com/downloads/emsdocs#web_ui When using the Web UI together with your EMS you can: – Easily see if EMS is running with the ems status bar of the web ui – When you pull a stream using the web ui, under the stream details you would be able to see the correct url link that you need to play it on a vlc Hope this helps,
