Hi, If you performed step 2.5 (Copy the downloaded license file to ‘/etc/evostreamms/’ folder) already, perhaps the license file you copied is not valid. Try downloading and copying the license file again. You can check for any error on EMS startup by typing "service evostreamms start_console" in step 3 (Start EvoStream Media Server). Cheers, Don
