Everything initially looks fine, but there is one important thing to note. The "SUCCESS" reply that you get on the console in response to an API command simply means that the command was accepted and the EMS will TRY to pull the stream. There is no indication that the stream was actually pulled, since that happens over time and asynchronously from the command.
If you look at the log files, or at the console running the EMS when running in console mode, do you see any errors? If so, can you please copy/paste them here?
