Hi rajkosto,
When group aliasing is enabled, you only need to provide the alias name to do playback. The alias name already implies the correct playlist path.
So instead of http://localhost:8888/mycoolaliasname/playlist.m3u8, use http://localhost:8888/mycoolaliasname instead.
