We have tried to reproduce the bug you are having. Unfortunately, our connection with you is very very slow. Both the MP4 files and the stream itself are loading extremely slow.
For the VideoDisplay problem: can you please send us a swf just like the one you use so we can use it here locally?
Also, have you tried JWplayer/FlowPlayer as suggested?
