The EMS is not currently designed to be a video chat platform. While it can certainly handle two way communication, there is not much support for organizing streams between players to help create the user experience of a video chat.
We do expect to add more support for bi-directional streaming and communication, but as it stands now, there are probably other products out there that will help you get setup with that quicker.
