Adding a second application configuration

I have been unable to add a simple second application to the configuration. I have also tried to copy the evostreamms application configuration, remove all but a few trivial acceptors on unique ports without luck. Finally I tried changing the application name on the default application from evostreamms to another name and what starts and runs correctly as ‘evostreamms’ fails to load. Is there some documentation that can help with this? Can you provide an example config.lua that I can use to verify this isn’t an application or licensing issue? Thanks.
