We are trying to upload the videos by installing the Amazon HLS chunk plugin ,but getting fatal error.PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function getpluginsstack() in /home/letfilm/public_html/evowebservices/evowebservices.php on line 38.we getting that error file is on root. Any ideas? /home/letfilm/public_html/evowebservices

Hi, When using APT installation for EMS, the owner of the target folder and the HLS chunks should be “evostreamd”. If for some reason the owner is “root”, the S3 plugin won’t be able to access the files to be uploaded.
