ask for support of the Evostream

I’be have the perpetual license fot the EMS,and MAC is xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx ,evostream broadcasting 30 tv channels via FLME3.2, The primary server is evostream and the buckup is nginx-rtmp-module the client is android video player,the client opened the stream by nginx-rtmp-module like thunder in s short time and you nerver realized the buffering,And video looks smooth.But the EVOSTREAM looks terrible How could I set the evostream and make the stream look smoothly like the nginx-rtmp-module?
