Cannot Play on VLC

Today I test some functions of EMS. I have an issue:
– I have a stream rtsp on the internet: "rtsp://mm2.pcslab.com:554/mm/wh200.3gp"
– I use EMS to restream rtsp stream above with command: "pullstream uri=rtsp://mm2.pcslab.com:554/mm/wh200.3gp localstreamname=Hieu1" and I get the success message (attached image).
– And then, I want to play video on VLC with command: "rtsp://10.0.1.29:5544/Hieu1"
– But the result: VLC can’t play video.
