Can’t pull streaming from camera

Hi bryan,
Thanks your help before. But the problem still exist.
This topic is continue the "Failed to Pull Stream From DLink 942L".
As the title, I use "pullstream" command to pull streaming from a camera with type DLink 942L.
I can tell you the rtsp address with auth by e-mail.
What’s your e-mail?
