Changing log file filename

Hello guys, Is there anyway to change the format of the log file? Also, it’s not very useful for me to have a log-file for every evostream subprocess (my server has 24 cores and I start 24 subprocesses), can they somehow be collapsed into one log file. My ideal log file would look like evostreamms.YYYY-MM-DD Thank you!
