disk error

Still getting the disk errors but forged ahead anyway. Using the pull command from the demo webpage I get the following error – even after starting everything from scratch.
Windows keeps on asking the customer to insert a disk into drive when running the EMS and EWS.

The issue is due to a bug in Windows related to handling problematic removable drives. A simple Google search suggests a slew of other Windows applications affected by this bug. The fix is to remove or uninstall the driver for the offending device, then restart the machine.
