Dynamically adding and connecting to rtsp stream

These are some basic questions, but I didn’t find much documentation on how to simply add rtsp streams dynamically to perhaps the config lau and to garbage collect them dynamically. Is there a media folder i can dynamically add rtsp streams, and once added what is the rtsp/rtmp url i use to access that particular stream? Is it the rtsp://[evo sever]:1935/[application name]/[streamLabel] ? Thanks in advance
