We are looking for suitable edge server solutions to turnaround DVB satellite transmisions to streams to mobile devices and to capture content to make it available at later times. There is a mixture of MPEG2 and H.264 video and MP2 audio. With your transcoding is it purely software based or can it use for example the Intel Media Server studio software with GPU’s? When recording can you issue a stop command or is it just the start with a fixed period? Likely OS is CentOS or Fedora
