EMS 2.0 – Video Tag for Player – How to format???
Hello,
I was formatting the Video with Ver. 1.7 as below but now how should I do it for things to work?
Where do I point to? ie. tvmedia/autoHLS/stream1/
It not possible to edit the “./etc/evostreamms/config.lua” file at this time. \”cause error with system\”.
OLD Way:
<video data-title=\”Todays Video!\”>
<source type=\”application/x-mpegurl\” src=\”//www.myURL.com/tvmedia/autoHLS/stream1/stream1.m3u8\”>
<source type=\”application/x-mpegurl\” src=\”//www.myURL.com/tvmedia/autoHLS/stream1/stream1.m3u8\”>
<source type=\”video/mp4\” src=\”//edge.flowplayer.org/functional.mp4\”>
</video> Please let me know when this other issue resolved? Thanks. Other issue is when I edit file “./etc/evostreamms/config.lua” with vim or note++ EMS won’t restart. It won’t allow me to make changes. I always have to place back the original file. I tried just opening and closing the file saving it with no change other than “empty line” so I could save file. This was after I tried just changing name=””, description=”” without success. How do I edit make changes to this file?

Hi App,
You can still modify the config.lua.
May we request for the actual modified file you saved so we can take a look what happened to your file? You may send it to salessupport@evostream.com.
Thank you!
