EMS as VMS

I have looked at the documents, but cannot figure out can your product be used in the following scenario: 1. using Evo as VMS recording server source: can Evo server emulate an IP camera/multi channel encoder type of interface, like ONVIF or PSIA? 2. using Evo as VMS recording server material interface: how the client can select different channels and determine stream capabilities? I guess this is done using Evo proprietary protocol, but do you have an example documentation describing how this has been done with other VMS systems? Jouni
