EMS on AWS

Can the software be installed into an existing AWS instance that is already existing and performing other tasks already rather than spooling up and stand alone instance on AWS and this being a perpetual licence for 1 instance?
Can the perpetual licence run on AWS whilst simultaneously running on a local Intranet solution?

No. The second EMS instance will have an error if a first instance of EMS is still running. The reason for this is that the perpetual license is only good for 1 instance of EMS.
If you want to add another instance running simultaneously with the first one, then another license should be purchased for the 2nd EMS instance.
