EMS running, but WebUI reports that it is offline

I am unable to use the WebUI. I start EvoStream, and am able to stream video through it. I log in to the WebUI successfully. However, on the dashboard it reports “EMS Offline. Please Start EMS.” and I am unable to open the Streams page or the EMS API Explorer page. In config.lua I have “runWebUI=true”.

Reinstalling EMS seems to have fixed this, though a co-worker of mine is seeing the same problem on a fresh install.
