Evostream and Matrox Monarch HD

I`m trying to broadcast using Matrox Monarch HD and I receive "Could not open resource for writing."error.
I use Matrox Monarch HD to broadcast in Ustream and works fine.
My rtmp is rtmp://ip_server:1935/live/streamname.
When i try to connect using adobe fmle it is ok.
When i try to connect using Matrox i receive "Could not open resource for writing."
Any ideea?
