EvoStream behind proxy perpetual

We are a brodcast web radio in Brazil, and we bought a license perpetual with you, we made initial tests on network corporate, but now we need put this behind a datacenter with proxy as exit network. I dont’t using the same license in two servers. I tested at one, and after shutdown this server, I tested on this other server behind proxy.
My doubt is about evostream working behind a network that don’t arrive on your validation server.

Is there a configuration to do this through a proxy? Or, I need change the license to validation on MAC address?
We not found how to do this in the online docs. We must change license to model of validation Ethernet MAC address?
Exist one way on the configurations for this? Would can you help us? Would do you can tell me about the differences of the licenses “Perpetual” and “Offline Perpetual”? On this way that I’m trying work behind of a proxy, exist some exportation of ambiance to configuration on linux (RHEL), or on some line of configuring of EvoStream?
We must change the license to Offline Perpetual?
