evostreamms does not utilize more than one process

Here’s more information. The processes appear to spawn yet never get used. To double check that 16 processes have spawned for evostreamms I did the following:

Also note that I have followed the server tuning from the installation page. Here is the full OS name:

Also in case this matters, I’m using EMS to deliver live streams via WebSocket only. I’d edit my previous comments on this thread but there is no edit button.
