getStreamInfo command —> uptime value

I would like to confirm with you guys.
when we print the getStreamInfo of a stream the uptime number returned on JSON is really in seconds as refered in the manual API page 15 of 37?
name"cam03"
type "INR"
upTime "1776328.582"
I almost sure is miliseconds but let me know is kinda of important 🙂
