Help on EMS

Well basically what our developer are tying to achieve is something like this http://www.twitch.tv/, where users can create their channel and start to broadcast their events LIVE. Your architecture is different with all the streaming media they have used and we have used such as Adobe media server, red5 and wowza. We are not ignoring the documentation as myself i have gone through all of them plus forum and i could not work it out. We users uses FMLE to connect to our streaming server and each user(s) have their own account which they used to login and add FMLE. Using EMS is bring it to add that extra feautures which RED5 was missing due to our users demand events to be accessible on mobile and tablets too rather than destop as it used to be. If you can understand exactly and point the developing to the right direction will be so much of helpful as you understand your software in and out. I have registered myself on the forum but to this point i have not receive and email to activate my account The streaming was taking too long to load in mobile devices, kindly if you can look at it and sort this problem. If you can reply to us ASAP i will be much appreciate i am also online too
