HLS streaming using EvoStream

Hi, I am newbie in streaming videos using some streaming servers. I am evaluating your product for trail basis in my project that needs to play videos on different platform e.g windows, android and Ios. So far i am being able to use VOD concept to stream rtmp videos and play it in windows browsers using flash player engine of flowplayer. But it is not supported on android and ios platform. we are planning to use HLS streaming as it supported by HTML5 browsers across different platform. I am not being able to stream videos using HLS streaming as your documentation said that it requires me to setup Apache server. I am using evostreamms-1.6.6.3560-x86_64-Windows_8.1 version of your product. Does i really need to install Apache server on windows 8 machine to stream HLS videos. Can i use IIS server which is preinstalled on machine. I need some concrete documentation on streaming HLS videos. your help is highly appreciating..
