how EMS_Web_UI connect to another server?

how EMS_Web_UI connect to another server? not 127.0.0.1
I get this error:
Could not connect to x.x.x.x!
Either EMS is stopped or the firewall settings (and/or SeLinux) of the target machine does not permit connection to port 7777.
Kindly consult the user manual.
In EMS, I find that port 7777 is just listened on 127.0.0.1, not 0.0.0.0
so port 7777 can not connect from other host.
how to fix this?
