How to enable the built-in HTTP server

Hi,
I’ve read about the New integrated HTTP Server – Serve HLS, HDS or VOD files directly from the EMS!
I can’t see any references to this in config.lua or in the documentation.
How do I enable it and would you recommend it over nginx or apache?
