how to playback video (VoD) in html5 player

Hi, I want to playback a .mp4 video as vod, using browser base html5 player
What is the link of playback:
I tried this form in google chrome (I don not is it the correct form of URL):
http://xx.xx.xx.xxxx:8080/xxxx/xx/xx/e0 … 6fe462.mp4
but it says video not found (although I know video is there) and can not playback video. meanwhile I can playback this exact video using rtsp uri.
by the way I’m trying to playback video using latest version of Chrome browser
Would you please give me right method of playing through a html5 player
