HTML5 high Latency

We have 3 and more seconds latency with HTML5 (websockets) but you advertise sub second latency. Our source is RTSP and we set GOP 1 sec. We need 1 sec delay, how to achieve that?

Hi Goxy,
Our company is also implementing solution with Evostream and we see many more second delays with HTML5 with RTSP. I was just wondering if you get any response and were able to resolve the issue or not.
