HTML5 JW Player with HTTP Live Streaming (HLS) iPhone/iPad

According to EMS User Guide.pdf, EvoStream has evohttp.lua to configure HLS with createHLSStream command. However, I do not see this configuration file with my EvoStream package.
If this is not available or if it is preferable to use IIS, does anyone know how to integrate IIS to work with Live HLS upon createHLSStream?
I’ve tried setting IIS virtual directory to both media and live folder, but unable to get HTML5 JW Player to find this Live HLS stream to get it working with iPhone/iPad/Android devices.
Does anyone have a recommendation of how to get HTML5 Live HLS Stream for iPhone/iPad/Android devices?
