livevideo with "history" enabled

Hi,
evostream has livevideo with optional video recording/VOD. Is there any option to have "seek-able" live view(as implemented with youtube)? Idea is to have live view with history up to 2-3 days. Source is RTSP stream, clients are Mobile(IOS/Android) or PC(web).
