Logging to a Single File

It would be handy to be able to use logrotate to manage cleanup of the EvoStream log files. To make that job easier it would also be handy to have EvoStream log to a single file, and not one per process. Is there any way to configure logging to go to a single file, or even better one per day such as "evostream-20140410.log"
