loss of stream

Hi, I have been using evostream for live streaming and find it generally very good. The only problem i have is that it it keeps crashing on a pull stream. I have monitored the stream side by side with the actual rtsp stream from the camera and the evostream appears to crash for no reason. I have tested on different broadband providers to eliminate this. I am a newbie to evostream and was hoping you could provide some advice. I can pm the camera direct rtsp url if required. Thanks.
