Must Reboot After Uploading Video

We have worked with both the previous and current versions. We have performed thousands of upload tests and found that Evostream fails almost 100% of the time. When we reboot the server, the videos suddenly begin working. We have had this problem for other two years, and have not been able to find a solution. Also, is there a way we can get paid support. Please help – if you can.

We use FFMPEG to transcode HLS and store in the Evostream media directory. We also do simple ftp uploads to the same directory. These videos don’t play. We reboot – they all play. For months, we thought that there were problems with the videos, but every other media server could stream them perfectly. We isolated the problem to EMS, and then we discovered that rebooting enables streaming. I will email you with the details.
