Need suggestion on Stream delay and Freeze issues

Hi Bryan, Hope you are doing good and thanks for your wonderful support. Here are few points with which we are facing issue: 1.) HLS Stream will have a delay with the real-stream as suggested by you. But unfortunately, the delay is not constant. It varies from 20 secs to 2 minutes several times. Can you please suggest us on this.? 2.) In both HLS Stream and RTMP Stream; the stream freezes some times for around 30secs and will retain back to play stream for 5secs and continues the same in loop. Some times; if the stream(screen) freezes, it will be freezed for ever and will never be retained back. Can you please suggest us on this too.? For instance, we are using Flowplayer(HTML-5 version) to play the stream in both the cases(HLS & RTMP). You can check this at our primary domain (http://panasonic.mediahub.enabledware.com/).
