new AXIS p5414 stream issues

Hi We currently have running on our server the EVOSTREAM version 1.5.2 build 1355 – Barbarian We are ingesting couple of stream from camera model AXIS P5534 and other older with no issues. Using the exact same ingest stream parameters. the new AXIS model P5414 is given us some trouble. The stream seems to loose a frame almost every 5 seconds and it affect the image quality. It makes look like camera is focus and unfocus constantly what is not happening. Does anyone on the support/dev team, experiencied any kind of problem similiar with this? Or can know what changed from AXIS P5534 for this new AXIS model ( P5414). Appreciate your feedback. Regards Filipe
